HOW CUTE ARE THESE?!
I’m seriously obsessing over the Montazami Brand chokers! I wear them literally every day. I’m happy there’s enough colors to match any outfit I could possibly think of haha! We just added the white and rose gold and the sea green and silver. As you might’ve seen on my Snapchat, I wore the white and rose gold choker today with some cool ripped denim jeans and a tied black Montazami Brand Malibu tee [found here] We’ve also updated all of the charms on the other colors. They now have pretty stones, silver arrows, rose gold wish bones, and gold spikes, to name a few. And since black was so popular we wanted to add a black and gold choker, so everyone that normally wears gold can match it with their everyday jewelry. I loooove it. The original moonlight Choker in black and silver (with the palm tree, moon, and star charms) is still available on the website too 🙂
Wearing the LSPACE X Gorjana summer capsule collection found [HERE]
I think this might be one of my favorite bikinis at the moment! I know I’ve already said this but the cut is perfect… not too revealing but still very cute. I’m definitely going to get more bikini tops that are this shape!
As you can see, Sara and I had a little photoshoot today down at 10th street (also famously known as thousand steps beach) in Laguna. I remember those stairs being waaaay harder back in the day? Now it’s a piece of cake! After the beach we went home to our parents house for family dinner. It’s sooo hard to get everyone together at the same time these days so it was really nice to see the table filled with all six of us. My mom made some delicious dover sole fish tacos for Taco Tuesday 🙂
Hello my lovelies 🙂
Gosh it’s only 10:30 pm and it’s wayyyy past my bedtime. Ever since I got back from Europe, Austin and I have been trying to keep our jet lag because we love waking up early! We’ve been going to bed around 8 or 9 every night. And let me tell you it is actually amazing haha. I am way more creative and energized in the mornings so it’s a better way to maximize my day and get as much stuff done as I can. When I go to bed early I wake up the next morning around 6:30 or 7 and check emails, blog, eat breakfast and workout all by 11 am! That’s pretty good for my standards.
Anyways, I wanted to share some more pics I have from the beautiful blue-skied city of Paris! Was it just my sunglass lenses or are the skies in Paris EXTRA blue?! One of my favorite parts about Paris were all of the fountains and gardens that are sprinkled out throughout the city. Austin and I sat at so many different fountains and just basked in the sun (and Austin would fall asleep at every one with his mouth wide open haha).
Now I’m off to get some sleep… goodnight babes!
It’s near the middle of July, and summer is at it’s peak. Freckles are starting to show up on my cheeks, my skin is starting to get a tan, cinnamon color, and my hair is getting blonder. But don’t let these pictures fool you, these were shot earlier this year! Sara and I just received these photos from the Chiquelle Swimwear shoot we did in Malibu together. It was so great to work with such an amazing photographer, Filip Shobot, and the sweet Chiquelle team. I think the photos turned out really good! So happy and colorful… it makes me wanna run down to the beach this very moment!
I would run down to the beach buttttt the Euro Cup final is on at 12 and there’s no way I’m missing that! Who are you guys rooting for? France or Portugal?!
Hiiiii guysssss 🙂
Happy Saturday! Austin and I decided to stay in LA (we had planned to drive down to San Diego this weekend) because we just wanted to relax and be in the same city for more than two days haha. It’s been really on-the-go lately so a weekend staying put in LA is just what we needed. This morning we had brunch (I wouldn’t really call Kreation a ”brunch” spot, but half of the group got breakfast and the other half got lunch haha) with some of our Swedish friends who are in town. They are a fascinating couple! They like to have no plans and just explore the world. So cool…. I wonder if I could ever do that… go to a foreign city and not know where you’re going the next day. Could you guys do that?
After brunch we walked around a bit, I bought a super cute pink feathery top (that Austin hates haha) and then we picked up some iced matcha almond milk lattes. Now we’re at Austin’s house and we’re about to get ready to go to Bungalow in Santa Monica to meet up with some friends and have a couple drinks. Talk soon!
More pictures from our amazing trip to Croatia! And a look inside our gorgeous suite and balcony at the Valamar Dubrovnik President Hotel. Looking at these makes me wanna go back already… what a gorgeous destination. I’ll definitely be going back there one day.
Things are moving along here in LA… Sara and I have a busy day of meetings and then we’re going to a pool party event later on today. The ”pool party” is from 5-8 so I’m not sure if anyone will actually be in the pool haha but I’m planning on wearing a nice dress. I have to bring my outfit with me because we will already be in the area and it will be too hectic to drive all the way back to the West side for an outfit change.
I hope everyone has a good Friday! Please let there be more peace in this world. Praying for everyone who has been affected by the recent hateful acts <3
One of the first things I made sure I did when I got home to LA was run to Whole Foods for a grocery and flower run. I can’t tell you guys how excited I was to do this after eating out and being on the go for 3 1/2 weeks in Europe! It was such a luxury haha. I picked up these gorgeous white spider mums and eucalyptus leaves to make a flower arrangement that instantly spruced up the apartment. They smell amazing too… especially the eucalyptus!
Some flower tips that I’ve learned on my own, from my mom, and from a little research:
1. Make sure all flowers are living and unbroken before you buy them. It is best to buy flowers that have not yet bloomed.
2. Put your flowers in water as soon as you get home!
3. Always cut off at least an inch from the bottom of the stem, and cut at a diagonal.
4. Use flower food, but if you don’t have any, don’t sweat it.
5. I hear the crushed aspirin in the water makes your flowers last longer
6. Make sure to remove all of the leaves that are below or at the water line. It will smell bad, contaminate the water, and possibly start to mold.
7. If you have tulips, place a penny in the water to keep them standing up straight!
8. Change the water every other day.
9. If you happen to notice that some of your flower heads had been decapitated, place them in a glass of water (like I did) for a cute and chic table arrangement.
Do you guys have any must-try flower tips? Leave them in the comments below 🙂
I’m back in LA, and I can finally go through all of my pictures from our trip! I’m gunna start with our hotel in Croatia, because first off the photos are gorgeous, and second, I need to tell you about how great our stay here was! I already told you the nightmare story of what happened on my plane ride into Croatia, and how our hotel quickly turned everything around once we arrived. The next morning, we were even more happy about our choice to stay at the Valamar Dubrovnik President once we experienced the breakfast. Imagine walking onto a beautiful shaded terrace with white chairs and striped pillows, overlooking the Aegean sea, with a five star breakfast buffet behind you. I still dream of that breakfast…. they had everything! Their pancakes tasted like churros, their fruit was fresh, and champagne was waiting for you at the drink station. My favorite was the fresh honeycomb (you literally scoop a piece of honeycomb from the tray!) and their poached eggs on toast.
Some other perks of the hotel were the private beach with drink service and sun beds, infinity and indoor pool, live music every night (huge plus), and the on-suite balconies (you’ll see photos of my room later). Overall it was a dream-like hotel and I’m so happy we chose to stay there! I know some of you mentioned you will be traveling to Croatia in the upcoming months, so let me know if you guys have any questions about my stay and I will be happy to answer!
How fun does this day look?! We spent one of our days here in Sweden boating around the Archipelago islands of Stockholm with the family. Just the company of family and friends, good food, and the water. I’m so happy I got to wear my pretty white dress on this day. I had Emma and Nicho bring it in their suitcase for me since it weighs like 20 pounds haha. I was like there’s no way I can lug this around Europe, NOPE. I’m obsessed with it though!! And the low back is the best part 🙂 I paired it with my ultra-soft denim jacket for a cool, boat-y look.
And just like that, my Euro trip is coming to a close after a jam-packed three and a half weeks of traveling. I had the best time in London, a romantic getaway in Paris, a tropical excursion in Croatia, and family bonding time in Sweden! I feel like I got a little bit of everything. What an amazing three weeks it has been with Austin. He is a great travel buddy 🙂 I was curious to see how well we would get along on this trip (since it is our first really big trip together) and I’m happy to say we made it out still in love! Haha. But here I am sitting at the airport, shakin’ like a leaf! I am so nervous about flying. And I hate the fact that my family is separated on three different airplanes going back to LA. Praying that we get there safely <3

One thing I’m going to miss from my time here in Europe are the warm nights we had in Croatia. I know it may seem a little odd, but something about warm temperatures at night brings me so much happiness haha. Here are some photos from the last night in Dubrovnik, when we took the bus down the road to Old Town for dinner and ice cream. If there’s one thing I can say, it’s that you don’t really go to Croatia for the food. Or maybe we went to the wrong places? The only food that was good enough to eat again was the breakfast buffet at our hotel. Other than that, everything was not the best. The views, weather, and beach totally make up for it though 😉
