Hi loves!

This week has been DAMN productive.  And it feels reaaaaally good.  This morning we drove downtown to pick up some dresses that we’re restocking for Montazami Brand.  We have been sold out of the small and medium sizes of a few of our styles, like the Palma Dress and Hudson Grey Knit dress, and a lot of people have been asking about them.  Well now we finally are getting more!  Also, we added three more choker styles on our website today 🙂  Check them out HERE

After downtown, we met up with my mom and Nicho for a fresh salad from Mendocino Farms in Marina Del Rey.  I decided for my favorite go-to: the Save Drakes Salad (fresh greens with goat cheese, pink lady beet, red onion, apple, almond, and dried cranberries tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.  Mmmmmm.  I got this ALL THE TIME when I was in college, probably a little too often.  But they literally give you a snowball of goat cheese so yeah, of course I’m gunna love it.  They know how to keep their customers comin’ back 😉 hehe

The highlight of my day was having my mom over at our apartment.  She took one look around and I have to admit— was not happy with what she saw.  There’s just been a lot of stuff going on lately, but I know there’s no excuse for not keeping the apartment tidy.  But she really worked her magic and even paid for our grocery bill!!  We were SO happy haha.  Groceries can get so damn expensive, especially when you’re buying organic, and even worse— from Whole Foods.  Things add up, so when my mom does stuff like this it really feels special <3

      And oh yes.
      Some things I do to get motivated:
      1. Get a workout buddy and make plans to workout together. Cancelling plans to workout is way harder if another person is involved.
      2. Make a reservation for a workout class (the best is when they charge you a fee if you cancel, so you kinda HAVE to go)
      3. If you’re feeling sluggish, step outside and go to the gym or go on a run. You will feel SO energized and in a better mood afterwards 🙂
      4. If you’re just not in the mood to go to the gym, lay out a yoga mat in your living room and download an app (I recommend Sworkit, but there are a ton of others, so search on the app store and find one you like!)

      Tips for a bloated tummy: avoid sugar-free foods and gums, try not to drink out of straws (swallowed air causes bloating), avoid foods that cause bloating.
