KICKING MY DIET INTO SHAPE

Why is it SO easy to make excuses for sinful foods when you’re on vacation?  If I had a penny for all of the times I’ve said ”who cares, I’m on vacation,” I’d be rich!  I think it’s perfectly fine to live a little when you’re away from home, but since I’m traveling a lot these days, I try my best to stay in check!  But then I see that gelato, the mjuk glass, the pizza, and my heart says GET IT BABY.  So yeah, I went a little crazy on this trip in regards to sweets and carbs, but now it’s time to get my diet back on track.  A lot of fruits, veggies, and sushi for me this next couple of weeks.  I’ll be posting some healthy recipes here on the blog so you guys can follow along with my health kick.  If you have any inspo for healthy recipes, let me know!  I definitely want to try a zoodle recipe and a healthy-ish eggplant dish.  Let’s do this baby.
